Brian grew up the youngest of five boys in Norwell, Massachusetts with both his parents working for the Archdiocese of Boston. He graduated from Norwell High School. He graduated from Springfield College, William James College and Suffolk University Law School. Brian is married and lives with his wife and two children in Norwell, Massachusetts.
Military:
In 2010-2016, Brian served as a military intelligence specialist and Arabic linguist for the Massachusetts Army National Guard. He handled investigations, debriefings and interrogation duties. In his military service, he also served his community during state emergencies.
Education:
Atty. Ware earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice Studies at Springfield College in 2009.
In 2011, Brian earned a master's degree in Forensic & Counseling Psychology Studies at Williams James College in Massachusetts.
In 2014, he earned an associate's degree in Applied Science Intelligence Operations Studies at Cochise College in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
In May 2020, Brian earned his law degree, juris doctor, at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts.

Atty. Ware is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Experience:
In 2016-2023, Atty. Ware worked a series of legal department roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. He specialized in insurance defense, covering broad-based areas, including automobile liability, premises matters, general liability and workers' compensation cases.
Brian was promoted to a management role in the Liberty Mutual legal department. In this context, he supervised and managed a team of 25-30 lawyers, paralegals and administrative employees. In addition, Atty. Ware was active as a trial defense attorney & handled wide-ranging litigation matters and workers' compensation cases.
Atty. Ware joined Kelly Law Offices in January 2024 and is dedicated to handling Massachusetts workers' compensation defense matters for major companies at the Department of Industrial Accidents, the Massachusetts Reviewing Board and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Fun & Real World:
When not in "work-world", you might find Brian with his wife and two young sons on the water, fishing, swimming, or boating, or at a hockey rink or field sports event. Brian is a big sports fans following all the major professional local sports teams as well as his first love, Florida State Seminoles football. Brian and his family also love exploring new places, having traveled to six countries and twenty-nine states.
